AT the DFA Waiting Area
While being left to fend for ourselves, without further instruction nor notification, just the useless number stapled in our passport renewal and application forms. And the guards, who should have been handling security, are the ones barking out orders and there are no visible DFA employees who should have told us what to expect. The PA system occassionally spewed some incoherent words, and we are left wondering what to do next.
Such is the way of our government agancies : Utter insesitivity towards the public.
No wonder we can’t move an inch ahead.
